A WANGANUI WELCOME.
For Press Association. Wanganui, February 19. The Garrison Band returned from the Exhibition Contest to-night. They were most enthusiastically welcomed home there being at least three thousand people at the railway station. Speeches were delivered by the Mayor and member for the district. A torchlight procession was held and music rendered by the City and the Pipe bands.
