Chbistchueoh, February[lß, The Exhibition Eifle Meeting opened at Eedcliffs with 380 competitors, The programme is a very large one with over eleven hundred pounds cash and trophies. Among the competitors are representatives of Australia and all parts of the colony. Shooting epened with the Otago Match, 200, 500, and 600 yards but the match was unfinished. The best completed scores are-Capt, Collett (Waipawa) 98, Private G. Handley 97, Eifler man E. J. Kennard (Linton) 97. Polothorpe (Wairoa) 97, Sgt. McClay 90. February 19. The match finished this morning in dull weather.
