Mr lan Malcolm, a former private secretary to the Chief Secretary of Ireland, in a letter to the Times after a special visit to Ireland, declares that Mr Bryce’s recent description of the tranquil and peaceful condition of Ireland is false, and be gives a painful instance of the widespread passive and active boycotting.
