Battleships in Collision. An Unpleasant Riimaur. Press Association—Copyright. Gibraltar, February 14, The battleships, Albemarle and Commonwealth came into collision 150 miles north of Lisbon. They proceeded to Gibraltar to repair. There were no fatalities. The battleship Commonwealth has hundreds of tons of water in the holds and the repairs will occupy months. Lomov, February 14.
It is reported ’ that Lord Charles Beresford declines to command the Channel Fleet under the new limited conditions. The Admiralty state that Lord Beresford accepted the position .before going to America on private flll’ilirp. :
