EXPLOSION AT WOOLWICH.

Press Association—Copyright. London, February 11. An explosion in the Chemical Research Department attached to Woolwich arsenal shook the town. The concussion shattered the windows of fifty shops and of many dwellings,-but there were no fatilities. The building was within the danger zone at Plumstead Marches. The shook was felt 80 miles away and the damage is estimated at £20,000.
