A Tennessee lady "amed Cook, who is endeavouring to secure the introduction of a Women’s Suffrage Bill into Congress, has interviewed President Roosevelt. He said lie doubted if votes had much benefited women where they had the franchise. When convinced to the contrary ho would try to advance the movement.
