Reese—Kite,
A very pretty wedding took place nt Ohingaiti on February sth, when Mr George Itoese, eldest son of Mr ■yVilliam Beese, contractor, Adelaide, wap married to Mr Hilda Hite, daughter of Mr Frederick Hite, of Ohingaiti. The which was celebrated by the .iicv. Clarkson, of Taihape, took place at the residence of the bride’s parents, and was attended by mijiny friends of the parties. Ihe Bride was dressed in blue cloth with yrhitp facings, with the i;sual vejl and orange blossoms, ana was attended by Misses Ivy Gower and E. Pickering as bridesmaids. Miss Gower wore ercam nun’s veiling trimmed with insertion and bebs ribbon, and a large picture hat, and Miss Pickering cream muslin with blue sash and picture hat. Mr H. Pickering, of Taihape, acted us best man. The bridegroom’s gift to the bride was a handsome marble clock, and his gifts to the bridesmaids were gold brooches.
