turned. The evidence showed that ho was standing in water up to his chest and his son was diving I'nnu his shoulders, when ho was attacked by the shark. The calf of his right Fg was torn coTupletely away. He managed to partly swim and was assisted to shore, which he reached in a dying condition, and expired almost immediately, although his into rendered first aid. The bay is infested with sharks.
