Tress Association. Wklwsoto::, IVoruru-y G. At the Supremo Court to-day, Francis IBftticko, charged with discharging a revolver ai Trank and Herbert Haucke, was found guilty of common assault. Sentence was deferred. Alt' William Condon, aged about lb, was acquitted on the charge of having indecently assaulted a girl aged 17. There is a second and similar indictment to bo heard against this accused in regard to the girl’s sister. .lames Bryant, for having forged a receipt for a money order telegram and receipt for money, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment.
