Rlore Outrages. Press Association Copyright. Si. Petersburg, February 3. A bunSred arrests were made on Friday nigiit in the factory district of Warsaw. ColoAiel Hrielski, Chief of Gemlarnr.es, was shot in the streets, and the n turderer escaped. Details o’f the attempted bomb outoutrago at Odessa show that two youths in the school uniform left the building. Th.sir conduct was considered suspicions, and an enquiry revealed an infernal machine containing eight pounds of gelignite with a fuse burning within 24 minutes of iho cap. The students were mostly Jews, and were under fifty Professors.
