Tlirco judges out of four on the King's l>i>nch Division at .Dublin doclined to attack Mr Walter Long for conlemptiou in connection with certain comments Avhich bo 111 ado on a pending trial at tho Lietrim Assizes. The ground for the finding was that the Attorney-General had not prompted the proceedings, and moreover that tlio comments were not calculated to prejudico tho course of justice. Daron Talks dissented from the majority, finding holding that Mr Long ought to be heavily fined.
