At Special Meetings of the Pohangina County Council held at Pohangiuaon Saturday, 12th January, 1907, resolutions were passed making ana levying Special Pates for the payment of interest and other charges on Loans authorised !o be raised by the said Council under “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” as follows : 1. A Special Pate of 2-i-d. in the £ sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Apici Township Special Eating District for Loan of £IOOO for forming footpaths in the Township of Apiti. 2. A Special Rate of 2-9ths of a penny in the pound sterling upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the To Awa Special Rating District for Loan of £IOOO for acquiring land and forming and metalling a road through Section 13, Block Y., Pobangiha S.D. The above 'loans are for periods of 11 years, and the interest to be paid at the rate of 4 % per annum. It is hereby further notified that copies of the above resolutions are open to public inspection at the Office of the Council, Poliangina, during office ffiours, and that Special Meetings of the sard Council will bo held on SATURDAY, 91h day of February, 1907, to confirm such resolutions.
