Mr Coghlan was present at tho meetiqg of the leather section of the Chamber of Commerce, who strongly condemned adulteration, and asked him to advise manufacturers to cease the use of adulterants. The Chamber support Mr Coghlan’s endeavor to get all imported leather examined for sugar.
