Trentham Training Notes.
The morning broke with southerly weather and drizzle, but rising wind blew T oil the ram. Prism after cantering sprinted a few furlongs. Glenculloeh only cantered, and Golden Cairn did a strong three-quarter speed gallop over a mile, Guidwife following him over the same distance. Gold Crest did light work. Clanchattau went 12 furlongs at a good speed, covering the last four in 55sec. Signalman only trotted. Submarine went 10 furlongs, doing the last five m Imin Csec. Pawa went two rounds at half pace. Achilles did a good rousing gallop over ten furlongs, the first four in 53sec and the last four in 57seo. He finished very strong. Marguerite and Kuku did light work, Juirawaka and Maui were given light tasks and Ghoorka was not extended. ■ _ Seaman and Fascination came in a fast burst from the six furlongs poM, doing the last four in of 2-5. Seaman, who was giving away 'weight, finished in front. Hillsong did a smart gallop over six furlongs, doing the last four m of. Ballarat and Grand Circle each galloped over six furlongs at three-quarter speed. After breakfast ilopletc did a nice gallop over four furlongs. ________
