FEILDING A. AND P. ASSOCIATION.
A general committee meeting of the above was held last evening, Mr L, E. Jackson presiding. Correspondence was read— From F. S. MoKae, stating that ho wished to show about -10 fat sheep, but will not enter them if the Association reserve the right to take over fat sheep as per rule. —It was decided that by the rules stock may bo taken at schedule rates if considered unfairly entered. Thanks were accorded the Mayor of Poilding for his action in granting holidays on both days of show. It was decided to add Mr Arnold » donation of two guineas to class 160 m pig section for three best factory pigs, making it £8 instead of £6. Twenty-nine new members were elected, including Mr G. Wheeler, who gave a donation of £3. Mr McDonald, Waitolara, gave a special prise of £1 1» for b»st draught foal m class 31.
The Ground Committee reported that the erection of the peas was proceeding satisfactorily. ' Government are to be asked to exhibit, Kerry and Dexter Kerry cattle at' the forthcoming show.
