Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Kiwitea County Council held on the 28th November, 1906, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order making and levying a special rate of 9-64tha of a penny in the £ sterling on the rateable valuation of all rateable property of the Poka Road Special Rating Area for the payment of interest and other charges on a loan of £2OO authorised to bo raised by the said Council under “The Local Bodies Loans ments thereto for the purpose of trimming and metalling the Peka Road from the end of present metal at Tuka Bridge. The loan is for a period of 41 years and the interest to be paid at the rats of 4 per centum per annum.
