Press Association—Copyright. London, January 9. Sir Charles Dilke, in a speech at Cork, indicated that next session he would introduce an Anti-Sweating Bill, based on the Victorian system. It is stated that the Labour Party are negotiating for a closer union with the miners and other trade union groups.
