Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting o£ the Kiwitea County Council held on the 28th November, 1906, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order making and levying a special rate of 9-64ths of a penny in the £ sterling on the rateable valuation of all rateable property o£ the Peka Road Special Rating Area for the payment of interest and other charges on a loan of £2OO authorised to be raised by the said Council undor' “The'' Local Bodies Loans A ments thereto for the purpose of trimming and metalling the Peka Road from the end of present metal at Tuka Bridge. The loan is for a period of 41 years and the interest to be paid at the rate of 4 per centum per annum.
