Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting o£ the Kiwitea County Council held on the 28th November, 1906, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order making and levying a special rate of 9-64ths of a penny in the £ sterling on the rateable valuation of all rateable property o£ the Peka Road Special Rating Area for the payment of interest and other charges on a loan of £2OO authorised to be raised by the said Council undor' “The'' Local Bodies Loans A ments thereto for the purpose of trimming and metalling the Peka Road from the end of present metal at Tuka Bridge. The loan is for a period of 41 years and the interest to be paid at the rate of 4 per centum per annum. It is hereby further notified that a copy of the proposed Special Order embodying the resolution passed at the said special meeting for making and levying such, special rate is open for publip inspection at the office of the.
