BOROUGH WATER SUPPLY.

ANALYSES TO BE MADE. the advisability of taking steps to safeguard the Borough water supply from risk of contamination was urged at the last meeting of the Borough Council, and the waterworks engineer was instructed to have an analyses of the water made. Upon making inquiries yesterday a "Times" reporter .was informed that steps had been taken, and the result of the analyses would be known later. The engineer stated that there was r.o cause for . alarm as the water was in good order.
