The report of the Pukekohe Box - - ough Council meeting published today, discloses that at times a spirit of cantankerousness prevails. While it is not to be expected that unanimity can always be present, it is safe to say that anything in the nature of deliberate stonewalling should not be tolerated in the interests of the ratepayers.
