PUKEKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING BY-LAWS. Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Pukekohe Borough Council held on the 17th day of November, 1920, the fallowing resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held on the 15th day of 1920, at 8 p.m. at the Council Chamber, Edinburgh Street, Pukekohe:— In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part XLH of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,"" the Pukekohe Borough Council hereby makes, by way of Special Order, a By-taw under "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," "The Public Reserves and Domain Act, 1908," and in pursuance of all and every of the powers in that behalf contained in any other Act enabling the said Council in t|nt behalf, and intituled 192 C" (e) Leave o flowers,V or do ap| or shru (f) Carry a: " irds.. i irehicle'for the congoods, or poultry to enter (h) A Di (i) Play ar ball, e place . pose. No person shall: ta) Play on Roulston War Memorial Park Tennis Court without permission and paying fee according to schedule herein. (b) Play or walk on the court without proper tennis footwear. (c) Play ahy other game but tennis, or play tennis when the court is unfit to be played on. (d) Play any but short sets. (e) Fail to record score of games. (f) Refuse to show permit on demand by any authorised person. 8. Offenders against By-laws to pay penalty and make good damage.
