LODGE FRANKLIN.

INSTALLATION OF OFFICERS. , The annual installation of officers i of Lodge Franklin No. 58, N.Z.C., was held last evening, under Installing Master M.W. Bro. 0. Nicholson, P.G.M., Prov. G.M. The presenting officers were Wor. Bro. W. L. Henton (P.M. Lodge United, Waiuku, No. 90); Wor. Bro. J. E. Morton, P.G.S. (W.M. Lodge Ara,'No. 348, 1.C.). Wor. Bro. D. Jamieson officiated as Director of Ceremonies. The following officers were installed for the ensuing year:—W.M., Bro. T. S. Shipherd; 1.P.M., Wor. Bro. C. F. Shipherd; D.M., Wor Bro. C. Shipherd; S.W., Bro. W. Wyatt; J.W., Bro. H. Curd; treasurer, Wor. Bro. J. F. Deane; secretary, Wor. Bro. C. Cooper; organist, Wor. Bro. K. L. Cannell; D. of C, Wor. Bro. D. Jamieson; S.D., Bro. H. Bockett; J,D. Bro. J. Duncan; 1.G., Bro. J. Massey; Tyler, Bro. A. Allingham; S S Bro. W. Jones; J.S., Bro. A. Young; A.S., T. E. McMillan; A.S., Bro. F. Hard; A.S., Bro. P. Rowe. After the investiture the Lodge closed and retired for harmony, when the usual toasts were duly honoured and a good vocal and instrumental programme was much enjoyed by the brethren, who were present from Auckland, Onehunga, Waiuku, Taupiri Morrinsville and other centres.
