PRESIDENT'S FOURS COM PETITION. The fours competition held under the auspices of the Puke kohe Bowling Club was .continued or Saturday as follows:—Adolph, Favv sett, W". Adams, F. Perkins (s.) 40 beat G. Gribble Miller, Wright. J. Pollock (s.) 10; Littlejohn, Bromwich, Dave Roulston, C. K. Lawrie (s.) 2V beat Bullock, Heyworth, Butler, Fitness (s.) 13: Crum, Pattle, B. Clarke Coady (s.) 18 beat Maxwell. Pullman. Crispe, Bockett (s.) 11; Dr. Wake, Rae. , H. Keith (s.) 12; Bonner. jun.. L. Civil, Campbell-Smith, Brown. (s,) 23, beat Cuff. J. Hart, Bonner, sen., Blake (s.) 17; Ward, Wyatt, Higinson, J. Blake (s.) 22 beat Rae Brown, Waters, Buchan (s.) 11; A Civil, J. Hogan, J. Crosbie, C. Clarke (s.) 18, drew with F. H. Hewitt, R F. Webster, W. Wilson, H. V. Grib ble (s.) 18. TOURNAMENT. An open tournament will be held on the local green on Friday and Saturday next. Up to the present quite a number of outside rinks have entered and prpesent indications point to the tournament being a brilliant success. Some good play should be witnessed.
