SUPERPHOSPHATE FROM AUSTRALIA.
CARGOES COMING. Owing to the great scarcity of fertilisers in New Zealand farmers will be to learn that the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company | have arranged for several shipments ol superphosphate to come forward from. Australia. The first small shipment ol" 250 tons,arrived a few days ago by the Kurojw, Flie barque James Craig is now loading a full cargo for Auckland, iand the steamer Kaituna is I Hiding a cargo of over BHMt tons for Auckland. The Kaiapoi will go on the beith in Australia in about three to four weeks' time, and this vessel will load a further 75<> tons. In addition to this the barque Senorita will load a lull cargo about November, which will he discharged at the Mount for the convenience of the Bay of Plenty I farmers. These vessels will he followed by others, including ;i cargo for Kopii, for the convenience of the Thames Valley farmers, providing satisfactory arrangements can be made for handling the cargo at Kopu wharf. These supplies should ensure for the Waikato and Bay of Plenty farmers a fiirly adequate supply for the coming turnip season
