Mr. Itae moved that all previous resolutions and amendments concerning the size of pjpes for Queen St. be rescinded. Seconded by Mr. Jong& and carried. , Mr. Evans moved that a 24-inch pipe be used. Seconded by Mr Campbell, and carried.
