WIREMEN'S LICENSES
REMARKABLE ANOMALY. A mo'jt rema'rkably anomalous state of affairs in regard to the licensing of wiremen for electrical work was disclosed in a letter ieceived by the Pukekohe Borough Council fit a meeting on Wednesday night. The authors (the Christchurch City Council) stated that licenses issued in one district were not valid in another, as the qualifications v-i-ied. The City Council expressed the opinion that all certificates should be issued by the Government, and he made uniformably applicable foi Ihe whole Dominion. Comment.
