The Franklin Farmers' Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report:— At our usual sale at the Mait on Friday we had a small yarding ot pigs. Prices ruled low, weaners realising 17s. . , , , A quantity of sundries in the bacKyard realised satisfactory prices. The advertised pedigree poultry realised: Cockerels Os 6d to> I° 9 . 5s (id to 10s, ducks i)s to 10s, pullets 6s 6d to 10s. One pen of Orpington pullets realised 14s 6d each. Othei poultry: Hens 2s to Ss (id, roosters 2s Od to 4s. _ Produce came lorward in quantities. Potatoes sold at Bs. Cabbage (choice), 3s doz. Others Is. Carrots Is doz bunches. Swedes about ;js cwt. Pumpkins ? s. Me lons s. Onions l. r >s. Apples (choice N.b.) Js, others 6s Od "to 8s; 5 cases Pepptn 5s to 6s. Lemons 9d to Is 6d doz. Fears 2s 6d small cases. We held a clearance sale at Llevetlon on Saturday, when a large quantity of furniture and sundries was offered. Everything sold, except a piano, an otter of £52 10s not reaching tlie. reserve.
