The position of the building trale is so unsettled and the scarcity of timber is so acute that it is only five weeks ago that the timber was secured for the Jjinter Show ingThis prevented .§M* schedule being placed in the' Sewer's hands as soon;-as, possible. The holidays that took place over the Prince's visit delayed 'the . printer. Then when the scfcedtf&,:4as completed the railway stMke was at its height.
