INTERPRETATION OF WILL
JUDGE RESERVES DECISION. A decision in respect to the interthe will of Alfded Kidd. deceased, was sought at tlie Supreme Court on Friday before Mr. Justice Sim. The dispute was between Chas. Alexander Kidd (Mr. laden), farmer, of Puni (near Pukekohe), plaintiff, and Elbert Henry Davies, Joseph Stanton, and Ethel Ann Kidd (Mr. Johnstone), trustees under the will, defendants. Three points were ra'sed by the counsel for the plaintiff. The first was in respect to the limitation placed on the beneficial use of a property at Puni devised to the plaintiff with the reservation that, during the life of the beneficiary, the property should not be sold or encun.bered without the consent of the trustees. The second was the restrictions placed on the use and disposition of their respective shares of the residuary trust funds by the deceased's sons, Charles Alexander Kidd and Francis George Kidd. The third was in respect to the powers vested in the trustees in the administration of the estate.
After hearing argument by counsel Ae Court reserved decision.
