W. Claud Motion, R. H. McKenzie, and Dynes Fulton, being re-elected. Only two new directors, J T. Bryant (Matangi) and E. C. Banks (Matamata), both for the south-eastern ward, were elected. All the sitting directors have been elected, with the exception of Mr. H. 0. Cooper. The first-named did not stand.
