RETIREMENT OF MR. BODLE.

it will be of interest to both shareholders and customers ol the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co, to know that a change in the management of the Auckland branch has occurred. Mr. Frank Bodle, who has been in the service of the company for over 40 years- -during 2-'J years of which he has managed the Auckland business - retires on pension at the end of April, at his own request. Mr. H. 0. Nolan, who has been associated with Mr. Bodle for many years as manager of the stock depa: tment of the business, will now take full control. The appointment of an assistant manager will be made later.
