FIRE AT MERCER
SCUTCHING SHED DESTROYED.
During the heavy gale on Monday last a small scutching shed at Deane's flaxmill at Mercer was destroyed by fire. The mill was recently acquired by Mr. Jas Vincent, of Mercer. The shed and scutcher were valued at about l :lH(t, but details as to insurance are not available .
