PUKEKOHE V. HUNTLY. f HOME TEAM*VIOTORIOUS. The return jaatch between Pukekohe and Huntiy Bowlinff Clubs took place on the lootf green on Saturday in perfect weather, resulting in a win for the home team by 19 points. Six visiting rinks arpved by the 12.45 p.m. train, and* were met by members of the local club and entertained at dinner at the Pukekohe Hotel, afterwards green. The president, Mr. H??Bockett, on behalf of the home players, extended a hearty welcome amidst applause. The match was then proceeded with, the rinks and scores beinp:— , First Year Players. At the conclusion of the match, Mr J. P. Bailey,, president of the Huntiy Ciub, returned thanks on behalf of the visitors for the hospitality of the home team, and hoped that future matches between the clubs would be arranged. He congratulated Pukekohe on their win. Afternoon*** tea, provided by the home club,*> was duly appreciated.
