PUKEKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL. THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1913. inery, soles, wire, etc., "" etbeft with engineerand contingen(h) Installation of SewerDrainage System In Jhe Borough 210,000 Hoilae connections • same .. £5,000 neering fees contingen- .. £I,OOO ;'s Interest be borrowed is .. 84,000 The proposed security for the loan and for the payment of sinking fund (amounting to one per centum per annum), and interest at 5 ] 4 per cent. per annum, is a special rate for threepence threefarthings in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Borough of Pukekohe, and being an annual recurring rate for a period of ten years or until such time as the loan shall be ful'iy repaid. The whole loan is to be repayable within a period of ten years from ,the laising of the loan. It is proposed to pay out of the loan monies the cost of raising the loan and the interest and sinking fund for the first year. J. F. DEANE, Town Clerk.
