At thefmeeting of the Franklin A. and P. Society; on Tuesday, the secretary was instructed to write to Messrs. F. Perkins and J. Patterson thanking them for the work done in regard to securing an extra four acres of land for the Technical School, also to the Prime Minister, thanking him for securing a Government grant of £IOOO towards the acquirement of the land.
