(2) Competitors shall submit the total area in potatoes for the season, and the total weight of marketable potatoes harvested from that Area for the Season (from 7th May 1919 to 7th May 1920); and the area shall not be less than one acre. (a) Such area shall be measured or assessed by two neigh* bours and certified to by writing by them. (b) Such total gross yield of marketable potatoes sliall be supported or vouched by the weights of all the potatoes sold during the Season (7/5/19 to 7/5/20) to the local or other merchant or the weight may be assessed by the Committee. (c) The average per acre shall be assessed by the Committee from such gross returns and the competitors shall be bound to accept such average. (3) The Committee reserves the right to make such investigations as it may deem necessary, and thej decision of the Committee shall in alf matters be final.
