Morgan-Fletcher
An interestirfc wedding was sol emnisod at the Methodist Church. Bombay, on December 17th, when Mr J. W. Morgan, son of Mr and Mrs T. Morgan of Pjakekohe East, was uni.ed in the holy bonds of matrim-ny to Miss Hazel E. Fletcher, daughter of Mr and Mrs J. R Fletcher, n( Boiubiy The Rev J F. Martin ef Pukekohe was thofficiating clergyman. The b ide who was given away by her father, looked charming in a white.ett-po de chine dress, beautifully trimmed with floss silk and pearl bfads, while sl.e alno wore the customary orthodox veil and wreath of orange Moss ras, and carried a beautiful bouquet of white carnations aud asterH, relieved with asparagus fern •hel ride was attended by Misses Heat i« Fletcher and F.llie Morgan is bridesmaids. The former wore a ..ale pink silk frock, with pink n k ii,d mile hat to match. She carried a b liquet made of pink sweet p"a=, roses', and asparagus fern. Miss M -rgan was attired in a ireira sik with tulle hat. trimmed with mauvo sweet peas, asters and as paragus fern. Mr Wilton Hanis of Ouehunga, acted as best man ihe church was tastefully decorated with a beautiful wedding beil and flowers. Miss Nellie Robinson presided at the organ. After the ceremony a large number of guests took of a sumptuous wedding repast at the residence of the bride'* parents, when the usual toasts were honoured. Mr and Mrs Morgan, junior, subsequently left on their honeymoon trip around the Tarana*i district They will in future reside at Pukekohe East. The happy couple were the recipients of many useful and costly The bridegroom's gift to the bride was a gold pendant, set with rubies.
