Biographical Notes
Mr Ernest Piggott son of the late Mr and Mrs James Piggott, was born at Bombay in 1880, Heattended tho Paparata public school, and after leaving school he went gold mining at Waihi for seven years. Subsequently he took up sawmilling work at Mamaku, ou the Rotorua line, also in other localities. In 1908 he secured a farm at Buckland, where ho has since resided. Mr Piirgott is an ex-member of the old Pukekohe West Road Board, and is now president of the Buckland Branch of the Farmers' Union. He has displayed active intereset in patriotic and school committees and other local bodies. The candidate is ."'9 years of age, and is a married man with a family of seven.
