Every person (not being a military defaulter or disqualified from voting by section 38 of the Legislature Ac r , 1908) who has served beyound the seas as a member of an Expeditionary Force is entitled to vote at the General Election an'*, the Licensing Poll, whether he is registered as an elector or not. Maori members of an Expeditionary Force are entitled to vote at the General Election for the election of ;Maori members only, but are entitled to vote at the Licensing Poll 2.
