Thursday's Sitting Before Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M. I'KOHIIUTION OBDSR At a previous sitting an application for a prohibition order was made against John Keane, but the defendent objected, and asked that he be given a chance for a month. The request was acceded to, and the case again came orj on Thursday The police stated that they had nothing to report, and the application was dismissed NO UGIITS. For driving a vehicle in Manukau Road, on the night of November 10th, George Phillips, who did not appear, was convicted and fined 5* and ordered to pay I'2-j Court costs. A. Hudson wrote admitting a charge of driving a motor car in King Street without lights, and he was convicted and fined ss, and ordered to pay 7s Court costs.
