In exercise of the powers conferred on it by " The Noxious Weeds Aot 1908 " the Manukau County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereto (being plants mentioned in the 3rd Schedule to the said Act as extended fiom time to time by the Governor in Council) are noxious weeds within the County of Manukau.
