PAPAKURA TOWN BOARD Proposed Special Loan of £2OOO to purchase from Messrs Blank and Davis their Lease of the Beard's Endowments. NOTICE is hereby given that the Papakura Town Board proposes to raise, under the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913 and its Amendments, a Special Loul of £2OOO for the following object, that is, the purchase of the surrender of the Lease held by Messrs Blank and Davis over a portion of the Board's Endowments and the improvements thereon, part to be used for Public Park and Recreation Ground and the remainder to be leased in sections to the best advantage. Amount of Loan .. £2OOO The proposed security is a special rate not exceeding one sixth of a penny in the £ on the Capital Value of all Rateable property in the Town District, covering iuterest and sinking fund, payable over a period not exceeding 36J years until the loan is fully paid up, the said loan being repayable at the end of 36 A years with a sinking fund of one per cent It is proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the same, hut l ot the first year's interest.
