During a visit to an agriudtura. labourer, a doctor told his patient that I>(* would <end him some pills, and instructed him how to take them onp or two nt stated inte:v.ds. The pills were duly sent, wiili a label on the box "T. Hodge.. To he taken as directed" —and the date of making up, thus ''o- - The doctor was astounded when two days later his patient called and informed him that he had acted according to the instructions on the box. and had taken nine pills the fir>t day, eleven the second, and would the dortor fcindlv let him have another bov, t« there were not enough hft for a third day's dose!
