CRICKET. Pukekohe Club Defeats Excelsior Lodge. The cricket season, as far as Pukekohe is concerned, was opened on Saturday, when a friendly game I between teams representing Pukekohe Cricket Club, and the Excelsior Lodge, eventuated on the Parade Ground. The Lodge won the toss, and sent the club to the wicket, the latter making 118 runs, before being disposed of I).
