K.JL Wily's proposal, as per p'an, be acceptod. Cr J. 8. Montgomerie moved and Cr T. W. Woods seconded an amendment that no further action be taken for one month, pending a reply toja letter sent to Mr Dooley by Cr Montgomerie a mon h ago. The amendment was carriod by six to two.
Cr Montgomerio gave notice of motion that in the event of Mr Dooley not paying the required costs, he would pay tho cost of alteration of survey out of riding rates, about £3 3g.
