BOMBAY.

At tho close of the sei vice in the Presbyterian Church last Sunday (August 9), tho Kev. S. Nixon, of Pukekohe, was presented with a cheque for £2O, as an expression of the congregation's appreciation of his pulpit ministrations. Mr A Ingram, Church lreasurer, in a few well chosen words, expressed the esteem and regard with which Mr Nixon is held in Bombay. Mr Nixon very feelirgly replied, and thanked the people ou bohnlf of himself, Mrs Nixon, and family.
