WHEREAS by the terms of an agreement made between the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin and tho Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Pukekohe upon an alteration of boundaries between the said bodies an adjustment was made pursuant to Section'l7 of The Counties Act, l'.'OS " whereby the sum of £11(>0 is payable by the County of Franklin to the Borough of Pukekohe AND WHEREAS the Sinking Fund to be provided in respect of the said sum amounts to £174, making a total sum of £1,334, required to be provided for NOW THEREFORE the Franklin County Council in exercise of tho powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 19K5 and Section JO of " The Counties Amendment Act, 1915 "HEREBY RESOLVES by way of Special Order FIRST: To borrow the said sum of £ll GO for the purpose of paying the said indebtedness to the Borough of Pukekohe.
