MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL Special Order. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Mooting of the Manukau County Council held on the -Sth JULY, 1019, the following resolution was passed and will he submitted for confirmation at a special meeting of the Council to be held on the 12th day of AUGUST, 1919. at 10 a.m. in the Council Chambers, High Street, Auckland. RESOLUTION. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section l(i of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913" and with the consent of the ratepayers in the Special Rating Area in the Manukau County hereinafter described testified by a petition signed by not less than three-quarters of the ratepayers in the said Special Rating Area the capital values of whoso properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the siid County is collectively greater than the capital values r.f the properties of the ratepayers who del rot so consent. The Manukau County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows : or the purpose of constructing approaches to new High Level Bridge at Manurewa the Manukau County Council hereby authorises the raising ofalounol Two Thousand pounds at I 1 per cent per annum for a period ol thirty-six and a-half years and declares that, the nisi of raising the said loan and tliu lirst year's interest on the loan shall be pnvK \TIN<!
