All our agents are hereby notified of the impending reduction. People who have paid their subscriptions iu advance ueed not trouble about having done so, as due allowance will be made to them in all cases, by proportionately extending the period for which payment has been made. The following will be the rates as from August Ist: — Payment in Advance— Delivered, 2/- per qr; or ?/(> per ann. Posted, 3/- per qr: 11/fi jnn. Booked Rates— Delivered, 2/6 por qr, or 10/per ann. Posted, 3/6 per qr; 14/- ann.
