NOTICE is hereby given that it is tho iutention of tho Franklin County Council, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the "Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," and Amendments thereto, and with the consent of tho Governor General iD-Council, under Section 26 of the "Appropriation Act, 1915," as gazetted on pago :)6y.) of the New Zealand Gazette, 1018, to borrow the sum of £O,OOO for tho purpose of construction of roads within the Pao rata District Special Rating area (including the payment of compensation for land required to be taken for any deviation or deviations found to be necessary on such roads, the purchase or hire of any horses, plant, and machinery required to carry out such work; and such other cost.", charges, and expenses as the Franklin County Council may determine to have been actually incurred in connection with such loan), as follows: (a) Pukekohe to Paerata Road, from the Pukekoho Boundary at the south-western corner of Allotment 207 of Section 2.
